COUNSELING SERVICES
We accept most insurances. Blue Cross Blue Shield, AETNA, and Cigna. We accept medicaid clients under the age of 19. Private pay option is available.

As of January 1, 2025, BlueCross BlueShield has a policy that any new client is to be scheduled within 10 days after request. Please keep in mind when inquiring, we may not have availability within 10 days.
INITIAL INTAKE SESSION
Intake Session for New Clients
Counselor will review informed consent and session structure with client. This session will address presenting problem and symptoms. Counselor is required to have medicaid referral from primary doctor before first session.(BCBS, Medicaid, or Private Pay)
COUNSELING SESSION
Individual Session
This session is after the intake session. Counselor and client will discuss treatment planning and goal setting. Counselor will use therapeutic interventions in correlation with treatment plan and goals. This session is 45 minutes long. (BCBS, Medicaid, or Private Pay)
